                         ==================

                          W.P.(C).No. 3355 of 2010

                         ==================

                                J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, who is a retired Government servant, has filed

this writ petition seeking the following reliefs;

“i. Call for records connecting Exts.P1 to P10 from the respondent
concerned.

ii. Call for Ext.P9 from 1st respondent and Issue Writ of Certiorari to quash
the same,

iii. Issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse pension,
arrears of pension, commutation value of pension, gratuity and the
encashment of eligible leave benefits with interest.”

2. On 1.3.2010, this Court passed the following interim

order:

“Ext.P9 is under challenge in this writ petition. As per Ext.P9, the
period from 10.7.06 to 31.5.07 was declared as unauthorised absence. The
contention of the petitioner is that the said period is to be regularised in the
light of Ext.P10. Whether the said period of unauthorised absence can be
regularised is a matter which is to be considered by the respondents.
Therefore, there will be an interim order directing the first respondent to
consider and pass orders on the claim of the petitioner for regularisation of
the aforesaid period in the light of Ext.P10, within a period of one month from
today.”

3. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits

that pursuant to the said order, orders have been passed regularising

the petitioner’s services, on 6.5.2010. Therefore, what remains to be

done in the case is only to direct the 4th respondent to forward Ext.P14

along with LC/NLC and LPC of the petitioner to the Accountant

General. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to

w.p.c.3355/10 2

the 4th respondent to forward LC/NLC and LPC of the petitioner along

with Ext.P14 to the Accountant General within a period of two weeks

from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
