Prayer: This petition has been filed seeking for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent herein relating to his proceedings Omu.M3/40363/95, dated 26.9.1995 and quash the same and further direct the respondents herein to pay the pension and other benefits lawfully due to the applicant from 24.11.1994.
