The record shows that again and again the case is being adjourned on the
request of counsel for petitioner. On the last date on the objection raised by
counsel for respondent no. 2, detailed order was passed by the court. It was
specifically ordered that there is no impediment for further proceeding in
criminal case before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bahraich as there is no
extension of interim order. Again on the illness of Sri Murtaza today the
case is adjourned.

List the matter on 10.8.2010. No further time shall be allowed on any
ground. The office is directed to inform the court concerned that no stay
order is in force in the matter and further proceeding in the matter be taken.
