Issue notice to opposite party no. 2 to show cause as to

why this application be not heard and preferably disposed of at the

time of admission stage itself.

Requisites for service of notice under both process,

ordinary as well as under registered post with A/D, must be filed

within one week from today, failing which this application shall stand

rejected without further reference to Bench.

Let the matter be listed after receipt of the same.

Meanwhile, further proceeding of the court below shall

remain stayed.

Rule is made returnable within four weeks.
