The petitioner’s father Ladaiti Lal died on 30.12.2008 while working as
Chainman in the Revenue Department. The petitioner is claiming
compassionate appointment and it has been stated that the petitioner
has already approached the District Magistrate, Mathura along with
request for extending the benefit of such appointment but no orders
have been passed so far.
Keeping in view the nature of the submission advanced the petitioner
may approach the respondent no.4 along with a certified copy of this
order who shall examine the claim of the petitioner and pass an
appropriate order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible
preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of production of a
certified copy of this order before him.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
