Shri Amit Saxena, learned counsel for respondent no. 6 seeks

a week’s time to file reply to the affidavit filed on behalf of

the State respondents including the facts which have been

noticed in the enquiry report enclosed therein submitted by

the Secretary of the Education Department.

In spite of earlier order of this Court, affidavit has not been

filed by Shri Tarkeshwar Singh. Although he is present in the

Court. He may do so by 22.7.2010.
