9. 27.6.2011. Heard Shri Shekhar Kumar Singh,

learned counsel for the appellants on I.A.

No.3056 of 2011, which has been filed with

a prayer to declare respondent nos.1 to 5

as major. Subsequently, the appellants have

also filed a supplementary affidavit in the

aforesaid Interlocutory Application to

indicate that respondent nos.1 to 5 are now

major.

Accordingly, I.A. stands allowed.

Issue notice to respondent nos.1 to

5 through ordinary process as well as

registered cover with A/D, for which

requisites etc. must be filed within a

period of three weeks, failing which this

appeal shall stand rejected without further

reference to a Bench.
