JUDGMENT
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
counsel for the 4th respondent, as also learned Government
Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.
2. The complaint of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent
has not extended such benefits as are available in terms of the
earlier decision of the second respondent, to treat the petitioner
as a member of the apex co-operative society. Such complaint of
the petitioner can easily gain the attention of the second
respondent as the Registrar.
In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is
disposed of without expressing anything on merits, however,
directing that if the petitioner makes appropriate representation
to the second respondent voicing his grievances, the said
respondent shall decide thereon in accordance with law, after

hearing the petitioner and the 4th respondent, within a period of
one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment or
the representation, whichever is latter.
