: In this I.A., the appellant has prayed for his release on
bail during the pendency of the appeal.

Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that though his
similar prayers were earlier rejected, he has remained in custody for
about eight years. The appeal is not likely to be listed for hearing in
near future.

Learned APP opposed the appellant’s prayer but has not
disputed the aforesaid contention.

Regard being had to the long period of custody, the appellant ,
above named, is directed to be released on bail, during the pendency
of the appeal on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand)
with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of trial
court/ Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No. 1, Chaibasa in
S.T. Case No. 235 of 2003 .

I.A. No. 670 of 2011 stands disposed of.
