On 18-7-2011 counsel for the State was
entrusted to seek instruction from the Special Director
(Secondary Education), Bihar as to why no reply is
being sent to Sanskrit Shiksha Board. We have no
option but to order for personal appearance of Special
Director (Secondary Education), Bihar to give us
required information as to why four letters of Sanskrit
Shiksha Board have not been replied by him. The
Special Director should appear in court tomorrow
(3-8-2011) at 10. 30 AM.
Put up tomorrow (3-8-2011) under the same
heading.
Let a copy of this order be furnished to
learned Advocate General, Bihar for communication
and compliance.
