2. 19.08.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
counsel for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a
case registered for the offence under Section 7 of the Essential
Commodities Act.
It is stated that the petitioner is not concerned in any
manner with the seized K. Oil. The petitioner is not the owner of the
alleged auto rickshaw from which the kerosene oil is said to have
been seized. The co-accused persons namely, Mukul Raj and Raju
Kumar, who were apprehended by police, are not connected in any
manner with the petitioner.
It is also contended that the petitioner is doing business of
vegetable.
Taking into consideration the aforesaid submissions, let the
petitioner, namely Kallu Jaiswal @ Kallu in the event of his arrest or
surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from
the date of receipt/communication of this order, be released on bail on
furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand only) with two
sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Maner P.S. Case
No. 91 of 2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section
438(2) Cr. P.C.
