is submitted that after the impugned order dated 13/10/2010 was
pronounced, at the request of the petitioner, the learned Trial Court
has suspended the operation of the impugned order by a separate order
of even date.

Issue
notice returnable on 18/11/2010. Until then the operation of the
order suspending the operation of the impugned order shall continue.
