3. 15.7.2008. Heard the counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing
on behalf of the State.
The petitioner is an accused in a case under Section 392 of
the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner in the First Information
Report is that it is suspected that the petitioner may be involved in the
said occurrence.
During the investigation, it appears that all the witnesses
have stated that they have heard that this petitioner alongwith one
Lalit Paswan were involved in the occurrence.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no
substantive material to detain the petitioner in custody at this stage.
Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner Kamal
Kishore Mandal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail
bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Supaul in connection
with Kishanpur P. S. Case No. 117/2006 with the condition that one of
the bailors should be closely related to the petitioner.
