petitioner and the State.
The petitioners are apprehending
their arrest in a case registered under
Sections 363, 365 and 366A/34 of the
Indian Penal Code.
The police found the accusation
false against the petitioners and
charge sheeted only the main accused
Sanjay Choudhary.
Since the police found the
accusation false against the
petitioner, let the above named
petitioners be released on
anticipatory bail on their surrender
before the learned court below within a
period of twelve weeks from today in
Connection with Nanpur P.S.Case No.
67/2009 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two
sureties of the like amount each to the
satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial
Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi said to
the conditions as laid down under
Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
