J U D G M E N T
Petitioner was a B. Tech student under the first respondent
University. He appeared for the 7th semester supplementary
examination, for the subject Electronics Product Design.
Examination was held on 3rd August, 2010. In this writ petition
what is prayed for is a direction to the University to expedite the
publication of the results.
2. On instructions standing counsel submits that the papers
are already sent for valuation and they expect that the results will
be published by 15th December, 2010. Since the University has
already taken steps for valuation and publication of the result, it is
directed that the University shall publish the results as submitted
by the counsel for the University. It is directed that once results
are ready, it will be open to the petitioner to file an application to
the University for confidentially informing the results to his
employer.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
