petitioner, Shri Anil Singh, learned

counsel appearing on behalf of respondent

nos.1 to 3/Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur

University and Shri Krishna Chandra,

learned A.C. to learned Advocate General,

who appears on behalf of respondent no.4.

The petitioner, who retired as

University Professor, P.G. Department of

Economics from the respondent/Tilka Manjhi

Bhagalpur University with effect from

28.2.1997, has prayed for a declaration

that he is entitled to get his pension

revised in terms of State Government

Resolution No.820 dated 23.9.2009 and

further it has been prayed for directing

the respondents to re-fix his pension in

terms of the Government Resolution No.820

dated 23.9.2009.

Learned counsel for the petitioner

submits that issue involved in the present

writ petition is covered by an order passed

by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.3616 of 2010

(Dr. Himanshu Bhushan Vs. Tilkamanjhi

Bhagalpur University and others) and other

connected writ petitions. Learned counsel

for the respondents is not in a position to

distinguish the case of the petitioner from

the case of Dr. Himanshu Bhushan (Supra).

Accordingly, the writ petition

stands allowed in terms of order dated

3.12.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No.3616 of

2010.
