petitioner seeks transfer of two doctors, namely, Dr.
Umesh Kumar Verma and his wife Dr. (Smt.) Sushma
Verma, posted at Additional Primary Health Centre,
Cherki, Bodh Gaya. The concerned doctors have not been
impleaded as party respondents.
A petition seeking transfer of a government
servant cannot lie in public interest.
Learned Advocate Mr. Ranjan Kumar Singh
appears for the petitioner. He seeks leave to convert this
petition into an appropriate proceeding seeking relief
against the concerned doctors.
