Counsel for the petitioner submits that

the Court below has committed an error on the

face of the record in granting maintenance of

Rs. 10,000/- for a family of four members out

of whom apart from his wife all three were

adults.

Issue notice to the opposite party both

under ordinary process and registered cover

requisites etc. for which must be filed within

one week failing which the application against

opposite party concerned shall stand rejected

without further reference to a Bench.

Put up this case immediately after

service of notice.
