5/ 20.07.2010 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an L.P.A.
preferred against order dated 29.11.2001 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5942
of 2000, which was dismissed on 21.05.2007 vide LPA No. 771 of
2004. It is further submitted that the aforesaid L.P.A. now has been
restored but there is no stay order passed by this Court on 29.11.2001.
As prayed, six weeks time is granted to the counsel for the
State to comply with the order of this Court.
A supplementary show-cause has been filed on behalf of
the State.
Put up this case after six weeks retaining its position.
