NOTICE,

is reported that direction issued by this Court dtd.7/7/2009 in
Special
Civil Application No. 1794 of 2009 has not been
complied with till date. Under the circumstances, the respondent No.3
Administrative Officer of Nagar Primary Shikshan Samity is
directed to remain present before this Court at 11.00 a.m. If by
that time, the aforesaid order if this Court is complied with, in
that case there is no need to personally remain present, however, he
shall file Affidavit stating that as to why the aforesaid order
passed by this Court dtd.7/7/2009 was not complied with.
