Shri
Munshaw, learned advocate appearing on behalf of opponent no. 3 has
stated that the principal amount has been paid and to that extent
the order passed by this Court has been complied with now. It is
submitted that so far as the amount of interest is concerned, the
said dispute is pending before the Director of Primary Education. He
has also stated at the bar that the Administrative Officer of the
Nagar Primary Shikshan Samiti, Rajkot is personally present in the
Court. His presence is noted. Stand over to 30/07/2010.
