                         JUDGMENT

The writ petition has been filed aggrieved by the

delay in disposal of Ext.P4 request.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader submits

that the request contained in Ext.P4 has been rejected on

16.6.2009 and an intimation has been sent to the

petitioner. The submission is recorded.

The writ petition is closed, reserving the liberty

of the petitioner to challenge the order stated to have been

passed on Ext.P4 on 16.6.2009.
