The petitioner is an accused in a case under section

414 of the Penal Code.

It is alleged that about 115 Kgs of cooper wire and

transformer’s coil were recovered from a room which did not

have any door.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner has been made an accused in few more cases and he is

in custody since 23.12.2009.

Put up this case on 27.9.2010 within top ten cases.
