Telegram sent on 10.03.2009 by Kanhiya Lal to Hon’ble the
Chief Justice of this Court has been registered as the instant Criminal Writ
Petition. It is alleged in the telegram that petitioner’s son Sunil and relative
Mohan son of Kranti had been abducted from their house on 01.03.2009 and
07.03.2009 by CIA staff, Faridabad and had been illegally detained.

In reply filed on behalf of State of Haryana, the aforesaid
allegations made in the telegram have been denied. It has been alleged that
on 19.03.2009, Mohan was arrested with a spring actuated knife, for which
FIR No.233 dated 19.03.2009, under Section 25 of the Arms Act, was
registered in Police Station City Ballabgarh. Mohan, during interrogation,
disclosed the name of his father as Kanha Ram, but in bail application

moved on his behalf as well as in telegram sent by the petitioner, Kranti is
mentioned to be name of father of Mohan. Challan has been presented
against Mohan in the aforesaid FIR, whereas allegations regarding illegal
detention of Sunil and Mohan have been denied.

In view of the aforesaid, no further action or order is required
in the instant writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
