This
application is filed praying for restoration of the main matter being
Special Civil Application No. 7884 of 2003.

As
a result of hearing and perusal of records, it is borne out that the
order of dismissal of the main petition is dated 20.12.2004. The
present application was filed on 12.01.2005. It is therefore evident
that this application has not been moved for the last more than three
years. On this ground only, this Court is not inclined to accept
this application and the same is accordingly rejected.
