1. Learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking time to file supplementary
affidavit.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the order of
termination, which is at Annexure 4 to the memo of petition, is a
“termination simplicitor” of a probationer, who is the petitioner, during the
course of probation. It is further submitted that the impugned order of
termination is not a punitive in nature.
3. However, time as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, is
granted. The matter is adjourned to be listed on 23rd September, 2011
along with W.P.(S) No. 4392 of 2011.
