ORAL
ORDER

Rule.

Learned APP, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.

This
application is preferred by the applicants seeking modification of
conditions No. (d) and (e) of order dated 25.2.2010 in Criminal Misc.
Application No.768 of 2010 on the ground that the conditions are
operating against the business interest of the applicants. It is
further submitted that the applicants remained present as and when
their presence will be necessary before the concerned Court and,
therefore, it is prayed that the conditions as above to be deleted.

Having
heard learned advocates for the parties, considering overall facts
and what is stated in this application for modification, I am
inclined to grant the prayer by deleting conditions No.(d) and (e) of
the order dated 25.2.2010 in Criminal Misc. Application No.768 of
2010 with a direction that as and when presence of the applicants are
necessary during trial before the Sessions Court they shall remain
present unless exempted by the Court.

With
the above, this application is allowed. Rule is made absolute.

S. DAVE, J.]
