4. 28.06.2010 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the

State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the

offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the petitioner is named in the First

Information Report as one of the persons who committed

robbery and he is an accused in two cases of kidnapping one

for ransom, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for bail is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial in view

of the serious nature of the offence.
