                         J U D G M E N T

In this writ petition the counsel appearing for the

petitioners is no more. Therefore the registry issued notice

dated 20.11.2009 to the petitioners informing them that

their Advocate is no more and they may appear before this

court either in person or through somebody authorized by

law to represent them in this matter. However there is no

response from the petitioners. Accordingly this writ

petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
