ORAL
ORDER

(Per
: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL)

We
have heard the learned advocate for the appellants on merits also.
He concedes that in view of the order passed today in Letters Patent
Appeal No.624 of 2008 with Letters Patent Appeal Appeal No.623 of
2008, rights of the appellants stand covered accordingly since the
judgment of the learned single Judge was common. Hence in view of
the reasons recorded therein, these LPAs also deserve to be
dismissed. Therefore dismissed accordingly.

In
view or the order passed in the main LPAs, Civil Applications would
not survive and shall stand disposed of accordingly.

(Jayant
Patel, J.)

(Akil
Kureshi, J.)
