ordinary process as well as registered cover with A/D for

which requisites etc. must be filed within three weeks, failing

which the application shall stand rejected without further

reference to a Bench.

In the meantime, no coercive action be taken

against the petitioner in connection with Complaint Case No.

1010 of 2009 pending in the Court of C.J.M., Siwan.
