Heard learned counsel for the appellant on the point of admission and perused
the impugned and order.

This criminal appeal has been filed by the complainant-appellant against the
judgment and order dated 08.6.2010 passed by the learned Sessions Judge,
Unnao in Session Trial No. 525 of 2006 (crime no. 156/2006); State of U.P.
Vs. Ajai @ Adityanand and Others whereby the learned Sessions Judge has
acquitted the accused.

Issue notice to the Respondent Nos. 2 and 10 to appear before this Court on
22nd September 2010.

List on the same day i.e. on 22.9.2010.
