Heard Mr. T. K. Mishra, learned counsel for the revisionist, learned AGA for
the State and perused the record.
Issue notice to respondent no. 2, who may file counter affidavit within four
weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
List immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period.
By the next date of listing the operation of the impugned order dated 7.6.2010
passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jhansi, in Petition No. 396 of
2008, Smt. Ramwati Kushwaha Vs. Kashi Prasad Kushwaha, shall remain
stayed provided the revisionist pays all the due amount till August 2010
calculated at the rate of Rs. 1000/- per month from the date as ordered by the
trial court by 31.8.2010 and continues to pay the same by 7th day of each
month from September 2010.
The amount so deposited by the revisionist may be withdrawn by respondent
no. 2.
