ORAL
ORDER

1. Present
application has been preferred by the applicant original
petitioner claiming wages under Section 17B of the Industrial
Disputes Act, 1947 from 15.12.2009 to 27.07.2010.

2. Shri
Gogia, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent has
stated at the Bar that petitioner has been paid the wages due and
payable under Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 on and
from the month of August 2010. It is stated at the Bar that the
wages under Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act shall be paid
to the concerned workman as & when due and payable by account
payee cheque, which shall be honoured.

3. In
view of the above, present application is disposed of by directing
the respondent to act as stated herein above and by directing the
respondent to pay the wages under Section 17B of the Industrial
Disputes Act, 1947 to the petitioner, every month regularly as &
when due and payable, between 1st and 7th of
each English calendar month. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid
extent.
