10. 7.9.2010 Considering the office notes, the order dated

26.8.2010 is corrected and modified to the extent that in

paragraph 2 at page 2 of the order in 5th line the name of the

accused Kapil Yadav be deleted to be replaced by Gokul Yadav.

The office to comply the order dated 26.8.2010,

accordingly.

The rule returnable date is extended by four weeks

from the date of issuance of the notices.
