Supplementary show cause has been filed on

behalf of O.P. No. 3.

Mr. Sundaram, who represents Bihar Staff

Selection Commission, is not present.

Since, in the supplementary show cause there

is much emphasis on the condition mentioned in the

recommendation of Staff Selection Commission

regarding driving test, though this condition is not

there in the Rule. It is proper that counsel

representing Staff Selection Commission be also

heard.
