Issue bailable warrant against the appellant for a sum of Rs. 25,000/- with two
reliable sureties each for the like amount. Warrant shall be issued and sent to
the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned who is directed to get the same
executed within a period of 15 days from the date he receives the warrant. If
the bonds are filed before him, photostat copies of the same shall be submitted
to this court. If the appellant fails to furnish the requisite personal and surety
bonds, he shall be taken into custody and confined in the District Jail of the
district concerned and be produced before this court on the date fixed.
