A show cause has been filed on behalf of the

opposite party no.1 stating therein that the order of the

Court has been complied with by passing the order

contained in memo no. 43 dated 07.11.2010 as contained

in Annexure-C to the show cause.

Considering the submissions and the show

cause, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter.

The MJC application accordingly stands disposed of.
