Appeal is filed by the respondents. A direction was given by the

learned single Judge to consider the application of the petitioner for

selection as workman in Cardamom Research Station at

Pampadumpara. When the matter came up for admission, this Court

ordered that the appointment, if any, made will be subject to the

result of the Writ Appeal and no stay was granted. In the

circumstances, we see no reason to disturb the finding of the learned

single Judge.

Writ Appeal is disposed of.
