                                    JUDGMENT

Kurian Joseph, J.

This is an appeal filed by the requisitioning authority against the

judgment and decree in LAR 24/2000 on the file of the Sub Court,

Manjeri. It is seen that the relied on judgment in LAR 64/1999 and

connected cases has become final by the judgment in LAA No.1290/2005

and connected cases. Therefore this appeal is dismissed.
