This is a petition for police protection. Civil proceedings are

also pending. Without expressing any opinion regarding the

merits of the disputes, we dispose of the writ petition directing

the police to see that law and order is maintained and also direct

the Civil Court to dispose of the interim application as

expeditiously as possible, on production of a copy of this

judgment, by either of the parties.
