                                    JUDGMENT

Petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 22.5.2008 in O.P 87/2007 on

the file of the Family Court, Kasargode. The said petition was filed by the

respondent herein, before the Family Court for custody of the three minor

children born to him in the petitioner herein. Having heard the counsel

for the parties, we are of the view that it is only in the interest of the

parties that the Original petition is disposed of expeditiously. Accordingly

we direct the Family Court to dispose of O.P 87/2007 on its file ,

expeditiously at any rate within a period of six months from the date of a

copy of this judgment.

This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
