to the previous order dated 13.05.2010, report dated 09.08.2010 of
Additional Registrar (Administration) is placed on record. Having
perused that report, learned senior counsel Mr.K.M.Patel submitted
that the petition was required to be argued and appropriate
directions are required to be issued in the petition after hearing
the parties, particularly because even the report is not in
