Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the appellant prays for and is granted two weeks time to
file certified copy of revenue record showing the title of tenure holder in
respect of the land in dispute immediately prior to abolition of Zamindari as
well as any document which shows that on which date the name of the
plaintiff-appellant was entered in the revenue record after Zamindari
Abolition.

List this case after two weeks.

Till the next date of listing, the parties will neither change the nature of the
land nor the construction existing thereon.
