Mr.H.S.Munshaw,
learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners has stated at
the bar that the petitioners accept that there is an illegal
construction. He has also stated at the bar, under the instruction
from the petitioners, that some reasonable time may be granted to the
petitioners to demolish illegal construction and for that, the
petitioners are ready and willing to file Undertaking that they
shall remove illegal construction without any condition that may be
granted by this Court irrespective of any proposed act for
regularization. It is submitted that reasonable time is sought to
remove illegal construction so that other legal construction may not
be damaged. Let the petitioners file appropriate unconditional
Undertaking by 21/03/2011.
