02. 17.8.2011 Let a counter affidavit be filed on behalf of the Vice-

Chancellor of the University concerned regarding their stand

with regard to the resistance being created against the

petitioners in being granted admission to the next higher class,

which is supposed to be direct conflict with declaration of law

contained in annexure-1.

Matter will be listed in the same position after a

week. If no counter affidavit is filed, the Registrar as well as the

Vice Chancellor will appear in Court.
