Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the second respondent in Ka.No.U.Mi.Po/E/Pa/Ko.Ku/Ka.1/Ke.Thani/Aa No…/dated 27.01.2011 and quash the same.
2. Mr.P.Srinivas, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for disposal.
3. The relevant portion of the impugned order reads as follows:-

4. The impugned order has been passed without application of mind as the period for which the amount is demanded is yet to come. The period, according to the impugned order, is relatable to April, 2011 to September, 2011. On this ground alone the impugned order is set aside. The authority is, however, at liberty to proceed in accordance with law afresh. The Writ Petition is allowed as above. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
