1. With
a happy note, the Court is putting it on record that learned Advocate
Mr.Viral J.Dave could prevail over his clients to see that the
statement made before this Court on 22.11.2010, is complied with.
In
furtherance of the statement made on 23.11.2010, learned Advocate
Mr.Viral J.Dave places on record three photographs to show that the
the work is carried out as was promised to this Court.
The
photographs are taken on record.
2. In
view of the fact that the work is carried out and the status quo ante
is restored, no further orders are required to be passed in the
matter. The petition is disposed of. Notice is discharged. No
costs.
At
the request of the learned Advocate for the petitioner, liberty is
reserved in favour of the petitioner to revive the petition in case
of difficulty.
