The prayer in this Writ Petition is for an expeditious disposal of O.P.
No.558 of 2006 pending before the Additional Family Court, Kottarakkara.
In view of the urgency as stated in the Writ Petition, the petitioner may
move the Additional Family Court itself in which case, appropriate action
shall be taken by the Family Court for expeditious disposal of the Original
Petition after giving notice to the respondents. The petitioner may produce
a copy of this judgment along with the copy of the Writ Petition before the
Additional Family Court, Kottarakkara. A copy each will be served on the
respondents also.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
