Present application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for
quashing of the proceeding in Complaint Case No. 276 of 2007,
under Sections 363, 380, 427 I.P.C., P.S. Kakadeo, District Kanpur
Nagar pending in the Court of M.M.Xth Kanpur Nagar.

List revised. None present to press the present application under
Section 482 Cr.P.C.

As per Office report dated 2710.2007 no step has been taken to
serve O.P.No.2 through registered A.D.

Accordingly, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is
rejected for want of prosecution. Interim order dated 25.8.2008 is
hereby discharged.
